A DAY FILLED WITH SENSATIONS
It will be a day filled with sensations. We will start at 10:15 AM by walking around our tea gardens and harvesting green tea leaves by hand, while we tell you about the tea history and collection methods.
Then you will enjoy a delicious 3-course lunch with a tea blend designed by our best chefs. The menu is outlined below:
- Puff pastry roll printed with “Campos de Té” green tea leaves, filled with seafood.
- Papillote of pacu fish wrapped in banana leaves and black tea with caprese salad.
- Green tea shortbread pastry with lime mousse and bitter chocolate ganache and black tea.
*We have a vegetarian and gluten-free option.
The day will end by tasting different kinds of our own grown tea.
