Project Description

A DAY FILLED WITH SENSATIONS

It will be a day filled with sensations. We will start at 10:15 AM by walking around our tea gardens and harvesting green tea leaves by hand, while we tell you about the tea history and collection methods.

Then you will enjoy a delicious 3-course lunch with a tea blend designed by our best chefs. The menu is outlined below:

  1. Puff pastry roll printed with “Campos de Té” green tea leaves, filled with seafood.
  2. Papillote of pacu fish wrapped in banana leaves and black tea with caprese salad.
  3. Green tea shortbread pastry with lime mousse and bitter chocolate ganache and black tea.

*We have a vegetarian and gluten-free option.

The day will end by tasting different kinds of our own grown tea.
